Rooted in a structure originally built in response to the phylloxera crisis, the estate still uses its original vats and underground cellars, now fully certified organic. A traditional blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello from calcareous soils in a Mediterranean climate, aged 24 months in bottle.
