Lovely and Smart Antique Silk Covered Color-blocked Folk Art Sewing Box vintage watercolor 3 3/8” in diameterThere is a specific type of antique geometric pin cushion pin keep, constructed of card board with a different piece of colorful silk on each facet (see photos for one example not the best but you get a sense), that is very close kin to this box; the construction, and the feel, is just the same. I'm fairly obsessed with those, but have never seen one like this, and it feels like a special present of a little sewing box to me. Very modern feeling, too,
