While Powerline could sing it alone, you need two characters for the ability to work

Merlin - Crab has a great buff with his "Ready or Not" ability that lets the player add 3 Strength to a chosen character when Merlin - Crab is both played and leaves play

A second set is already planned for this November, with no details on what it will introduce to the game - beyond more cards
