I tend to agree

This card reminds me of Chandra, Torch of Defiance, except that youll open with the -3 ability and use the +1 ability every turn

Still, if theres a powerful aggressive deck, or even a good vampire-type one, this card will be there

Occasionally, players will be paired with someone with a slightly better or worse score if there is an uneven number of people

However, if you include many search cards, I think you can either adjust the power and explain in advance that it's for searching Squall to play at bracket 3 or lower, or just commit and fight at a bracket 4 level

That said, Flash goes a long way here toward making this just a solid protection spell you drop in a pinch
